Please fill out form for order.  Deposit of $10 will be due upon order.  Venmo to @Scott-Gourvitz.  Remainder will be due upon completion of video and approval by client. If deadline is missed client and SHG will discuss appropriate compensation.

PACKAGE ONE -Chronological of season best plays, varied video effects, multiple angles if applicable, no nat sound, music, client provides plays (8 game season-$150, more than 8 games $175)

 

PACKAGE TWO -Chronological of season best plays, varied video effects, multiple angles if applicable, no nat sound, music, SHG logs (8 game season-$215, more than 8 games $250)

 

PACKAGE THREE -Grouped by categories (offense, defense, touchdown, blocking, etc) of season best plays, varied video effects, multiple angles if applicable, no nat sound, music, client provides plays (8 game season-$275, more than 8 games $325)

 

PACKAGE FOUR -Grouped by categories (offense, defense, touchdown, blocking, et) of season best plays, varied video effects, multiple angles if applicable, no nat sound, music, SHG Logs (8 game season-$350, more than 8 games $400)

 

PACKAGE FIVE -Custom structure, client provides or SHG logs, price tbd after conversation with SHG
